Want to run fast - eat lots of celery! So says the proverb! And we do not mind! Help yourself to some gorgeous, original and simple appetizer with an interesting fresh taste! And pickled celery is great addition for meat dishes and as a spicy ingredient in salads.
Ingredients for Celery, marinated in soy sauce
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 500 g
- Chili - 1 piece
- Lime - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 1/2 Puig.
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.

All that we need!
Celery cut into small pieces, chili and cilantro finely chopped.
For the marinade mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, lime juice, beat well with a whisk (preferably until complete dissolution of sugar).
In a glass jar add the prepared celery, cilantro, chili and sesame.
Pour the marinade.
Put into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Every 30 minutes the jar to shake.
