Today we cook spicy crispy wings grilled with beer. Chicken wings - deservedly one of the favorite foods of chefs to serve them on any occasion and for the festive table, and for a family dinner, and if guests suddenly descended friends – because they can cook really tasty and fast!

- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

To cook chicken wings is simple - the main thing to decide with seasonings. It is no secret - the recipe is good and delicious kebab depends on marinating meat. I really liked the seasoning composition: sea salt, paprika, dried garlic, ginger, sugar, coriander, cumin, pink pepper, allspice, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom. For spice, add to taste powder the chili pepper (if the pepper is fresh, add it right in with the seeds) and crushed garlic.
For better adoption by the wings of spices, make a few incisions along the bone.
