This wonderful soup the first time I tried it in Egypt. Since in our family it has become one of my favorites. If you love seafood and creamy taste - you will love it! The soup is very rich, tender and delicious!

Fish wash, cut into pieces about 1.5x1.5 cm and put on to cook in salted water for 10-15 minutes, immediately add the Bay leaves.

While cooking the fish, prepare the remaining ingredients. Onion finely cut, the garlic will grate on a fine grater (you can skip through a garlic press, but I like it to RUB, so it turns out less cake and juice).

Mix the onions and garlic and fry until Golden brown in butter. It is necessary to fry on medium heat so that the oil is not burned and not smoked.
At the end of the process, we shift zazharku in the pan with the fish.

Shrimp (I cooked frozen) defrost. You can pre-place them from the freezer, if there is no time, I make it easier - put in a sieve and hold under hot running water, a minute later, all the ice goes away.
After defrosting clean the prawns (if necessary). Carcass squid defrosts in the same way as the shrimp, peel if needed, cut into half rings.
If you are preparing with the addition of octopus - rinse them thoroughly under running water.

While we have prepared all the ingredients, our fish is already cooked. Add to the broth octopus, cook for 3-4 minutes. Then put shrimp and squid, cook for another 1 minute.

Pour in a saucepan the cream, bring to a boil and switch off immediately. Taste for salt and if needed podsalvage, add a little pepper to taste.

Ideally, the soup should stand for half hour or an hour, the taste was even more intense, but we usually eat at once :)
Before serving you can sprinkle finely chopped
