The soup is a bit like French onion soup, but only in cooking technology. Delicate, light, but at the same time a hearty, thick soup will satisfy lovers of seafood.

- Shrimp - 150 g
- Red onion - 1/2 PCs
- Cabbage Chinese
- Green peas - 2 tbsp
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 2 tbsp
- Corn starch - 1 tsp.
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Spices - to taste
- Cream - 2 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Soup under a cheese cap

Small shrimp thawed at room temperature, wash, pour lemon juice and soy sauce (1 teaspoon), add a pinch of black pepper and very little salt.
