- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Tarragon - 2 vetos.
- Cream - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 30 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Paprika sweet - 1 depot.
- Yolk egg - 2 PCs
- Cinnamon - 1 depot.
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Baked mashed potatoes with paprika and sour cream
Potatoes wash, peel, boil in salted water. The greens and finely chop the garlic
Crush the potatoes into a puree, stir in butter, cream and sour cream. Add the paprika, cinnamon, parsley, garlic. Stir in the egg yolks.
Put mashed potatoes in a baking dish and put in preheated 180 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes.
Serve with greens as a separate dish or as a side dish to meat or fish.
