This recipe makes me happy with his wonderful work in the test and the speed of preparation. Usually use all butter, but I use only sunflower: a taste from it does not become worse, and will surely enjoy fasting and for those who follow figure :) favorite Usually knead the whole batch of piping - hot, but plachecki well kept, if there is such a need. Ingredients for Sugar bun "Moscow"
- Yeast - 11 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 90 ml
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Salt - 3 g
- Flour - 450 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Sugar bun "Moscow"
1. Take the milk and heated in the microwave (to make it warm, I for 1 minute warm-up pose).
2. Add in the milk, yeast and 2 tablespoons sugar, mix well and leave for 10-15 minutes. Allow the yeast to "revive".
3. Sift the flour, add 3 tablespoons sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and butter.
4. Liquid milk mixture with yeast also pour in the flour and knead elastic, soft dough.
5. Put the dough in the pan, cover with a towel and set in a warm place for 40-50 minutes until it increases in volume (by about half).
Take out the risen dough, spread on a floured work surface and cut into pieces. The size of the pieces will depend on the number and size of the buns, I cut into 8 parts.
Each piece roll out into a layer (the thinner the layer, the more layers will be in a bun), grease with sunflower oil and sprinkle with sugar to taste (I like a little more to make sweeter).
