Step-by-step instruction of cooking Julien in the bag


Step 1

Bake thin yeast pancakes on your favorite recipe (as on carnival).


Step 2

Onions clear and finely chop.


Step 3

Boil mushrooms and cut into slices of medium size.


Step 4

In a pan heat vegetable oil, fry the onions until Golden brown.


Step 5

Add to the onions mushrooms and fry all together until the mushrooms evaporation of excess water.



Step 6

The mushrooms add sour cream, to salt, cover and simmer on medium heat for 3-5 min. when ready allow to cool to room temperature.


Step 7

Grate mozzarella cheese on a coarse grater.


Step 8

Mix mushrooms with 2 /3 of the grated cheese, you can add fresh herbs (I added cilantro).


Step 9

Cheese "Chechil" to divide into thin long stripes.

On the table to put the pancake in the center of the pancake 1 to 2 tbsp of filling (depending on size of pancake), sprinkle a pinch of grated cheese, the edges of the pancake to collect "in the bag" and tie a strip of cheese "Chechil". To do so with all the pancakes.
