Bake thin yeast pancakes on your favorite recipe (as on carnival).
Onions clear and finely chop.

In a pan heat vegetable oil, fry the onions until Golden brown.
Add to the onions mushrooms and fry all together until the mushrooms evaporation of excess water.
The mushrooms add sour cream, to salt, cover and simmer on medium heat for 3-5 min. when ready allow to cool to room temperature.
Grate mozzarella cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix mushrooms with 2 /3 of the grated cheese, you can add fresh herbs (I added cilantro).
Cheese "Chechil" to divide into thin long stripes.
On the table to put the pancake in the center of the pancake 1 to 2 tbsp of filling (depending on size of pancake), sprinkle a pinch of grated cheese, the edges of the pancake to collect "in the bag" and tie a strip of cheese "Chechil". To do so with all the pancakes.
Pouches with julienne put on a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 5-10 min. (bags must be brown, the cheese inside should be melted, but must not leak out!).
Bags to lay out on a dish and garnish with fresh herbs.
Serve hot with cold sour cream sauce or mayonnaise. For the sauce, whip cream with salt, red pepper, finely chopped greens and garlic - all to taste.
