Step by step instruction of cooking Sponge cake with cherries
Cherries spread the remaining cream and decorate the cake. The art of cake decorating, as some cooks, for me, so my humble imagination invented the following: I cut them in foil, placed it in the middle and sprinkled the cake with cocoa powder, it came out brown on the rim.
On the circle put half cherries, the centre decorated with whole berries with stems and mint leaves.
