Steamed vegetables "Mosaic"

Immediately say, that these recipes are on the website, but the offer has its own peculiarities. The dish is simple to prepare, budget (19 UAH) and very tasty. Hot can be used as a side dish, cold as an unusual tip sandwich (not just this appetizer went faster just).
Ingredients for Steamed vegetables "Mosaic"
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Pepper - 2 PCs
- Eggplant - 3 PCs
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Broth - 30 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Allspice - 3 PCs
- Garlic - 6 tooth.
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Turmeric - 0.5 tsp.
- Bay leaf
Step by step instruction of cooking Steamed vegetables "Mosaic"
Cut into cubes carrots and spread it on the heated sunflower oil. Cover with a lid.
Go to the cutting peppers.
The pepper spread to the carrots. Add half of the broth. Instead of broth you can use water, but then lost part of unusual taste :) the Broth can be used as liquid or frozen in the mold (recipe found on open spaces of the kitchen boy). All the time keep the vegetables under the lid.
Cut eggplant. At first it may seem too much but the vegetables will quickly decrease in volume.
Next step are the tomatoes. They give the maximum amount of juice. The juice of the vegetables and broth simmer until evaporated. It takes about 30-40 minutes (at the end just take out the Bay leaf).
The final step is garlic. My favorite part :-) the Kitchen is filled with the smell of vegetables, garlic, broth.
If no patience, it is possible already to begin the meal. But it is better to wait a bit and cooled vegetables to put on freshly baked bread.
