When you have to cook something easy and hearty casserole is the best option. It combines several products that not only help satisfy hunger, but also create a vivid composition of flavours. Allow me to offer a casserole of the three types of cabbage and minced meat. Casserole is a light and quite juicy, hearty and delicious.
Ingredients for Casserole "Three cabbage"
- Cabbage - 300 g
- Cauliflower - 200 g
- Brussels sprouts - 200 g
- Minced chicken - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Yogurt - 300 ml
- Mustard - 3 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Mint - 1 tsp.
- Rosemary - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Casserole "Three cabbage"
Cabbage chop not very finely.
Saute in vegetable oil until soft about 7-10 minutes.
Cauliflower disassemble into small florets.
Brussels sprouts, slightly thawed and cut in half.
Boil cauliflower and Brussels sprouts in boiling, well-salted water for 3-4 minutes, no longer.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater, finely chopped onion, cut mushrooms not very finely.
Onions, carrots and mushrooms fry in vegetable oil until soft.
Add the beef, season with salt and pepper. Stirring occasionally, simmer for another 10 minutes.
Podgotovlennoe all ingredients put in a baking dish in the following order:cabbage, then the beef with vegetables.
The last layer of cauliflower and Brussels sprouts.
For the sauce, beat the eggs with the yogurt and mustard. Add the mint and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the gratin sauce and cook for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180*. (the oven to preheat)
