Chocolate tweed cake with nuts and strawberries

Cake an unusually light, delicate, without flour, but very chocolate. Just for the summer and for chocolate lovers! Can be made with any seasonal berries and fruit.
Ingredients for Chocolate tweed cake with nuts and strawberries
- Walnuts - 1 Cup.
- Brown sugar - 2/3 of the stack.
- Dark chocolate - 250 g
- Egg white - 8 PCs
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Strawberry - 200 g
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate tweed cake with nuts and strawberries
Nuts are very finely chopped in processor with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Transfer to a bowl.
The chocolate and 1 tablespoon of sugar and grind to a state of large crumbs. To shift to the nuts, add salt and mix well.
For this cake I took brown sugar TM Mistral, it has a wonderful caramel flavor.
With a mixer on medium speed, beat egg whites and vinegar until soft peaks form. Increase speed of mixer to medium-high and gradually add 1/2 Cup sugar.
Beat until hard peaks.
Add the chocolate mixture into the whites and mix gently.
The bottom of a split form 22cm to lay parchment paper and brush with oil.
Put into a form protein-chocolate mixture, level and bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven until Golden brown.
Garnish with strawberries or any other berries and fruits.
I decorated the garden strawberries.
