Sponge cake with peaches and kiwi

Tender and tasty pie. Flour, eggs, sugar and citric acid. You can add any seasonal fruits. Today I have peaches and kiwi. Help yourself!
Ingredients for Sponge cake with peaches and kiwi
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
- Vanilla - 1 package.
- Assorted fruit - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Sponge cake with peaches and kiwi
Whisk the eggs with the sugar for at least 10 minutes at maximum speed.
Then add citric acid and vanillin. Whisk another 3 minutes.
Add flour. With a spoon mix the dough.
Fruit cut. The dough pour into shape (I have several small molds). Fruit spread on top of dough.
Preheat the oven to 180˚C. I baked it for 30 minutes. But look at the oven! Better to check the readiness of wooden stick.
The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
