Ingredients for Berry pancakes on mineral water
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Mineral water - 1 Cup.
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Black currants - 2 Gorst.
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Berry pancakes on mineral water
Beat egg with sugar and salt.
Pour in the oil. Add soda and mineral water, stir.
Add flour and whisk whisk until smooth.
Gently introduce currants, and stir with a spoon.
In a heated pan with vegetable oil with a spoon spread the dough and fry pancakes on both sides with the lid closed on moderate heat.
