Cut chicken into serving pieces, repel, salt and pepper to taste, brush with a little olive oil. Fold the meat and leave aside while we prepare the filling.

Finely chop the onion and few cloves of garlic. In the pan with butter put the onions and garlic and fry until soft. Then to the onions add the chopped pepper and spinach (fresh or thawed). Tormented on low heat for 5 minutes.

In preheated oven to 180°C put the form and bake 35-40 minutes.
After some time, turn off the oven and leave the form in the oven for 20 minutes.
