Step by step instruction of cooking Millet with liver balls

For cooking I used a millet "gold" TM Mistral.
Millet has a uniform bright yellow color, pleasant aroma and unique taste.
Boil the millet in water for about 25 minutes, so put in boiling water a bag of millet and proceed to cook liver balls.
