I want to share with you a wonderful recipe for rice dumplings. They can also be eaten with sour cream, kids like it with cheese, butter and sugar or fruit, and I cook them on the second instead of pasta, throw sauce or meat fried. Today I cooked rice with meat glosecki beet gravy. Very hearty and delicious! Surely that's got suburban area, home grown red beets – very useful and bright vegetable!
Ingredients for Rice dumplings
- Rice flakes - 250 g
- Beets - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Pork - 700 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Water - 200 ml
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Spices - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp

Step by step instruction of cooking Rice dumplings

Then add salt, pepper, season with spices, add pressed garlic and stir.
If gravy is thick, add a little boiling water.
Cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
