Potato patties with spicy sauce

Quick to prepare dish. Very simple, hearty, with a rich taste sauce.

- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Cereals buckwheat - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil
- Apricot - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream - 100 ml
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Potato patties with spicy sauce
Boiled potatoes peel and grate on a coarse grater. Add a little salt. Stir and formed with wet hands cutlets.
For breading use buckwheat flakes from TM Mistral.
Dip our potato pancakes in the buckwheat flakes. Fry in hot vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, make the sauce.
Onion peel and cut into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil until soft. Add the apricots (after remove the bones). Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
Add the cream and simmer for another 10 minutes. The mass can either mash with a potato masher, or beat with a blender. I like it when felt small pieces.
Serve cutlets with sauce.
