Ingredients for Chocolate cake with liquid filling
- Dark chocolate - 250 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Sugar - 1/2 stack.
- Flour - 80 g
- Nuts - 80 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate cake with liquid filling
In a water bath melt the chocolate and butter, remove from heat.
Beat the yolks with sugar.
To combine the yolks with flour, walnut powder and cocoa.
Gently stir melted chocolate and whipped egg whites.
Molds (I used silicone muffin cups) fill with mixture and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
Here are ready to go cakes.
