Baked pickled peppers in oil, Italian-style, with herbs, garlic and hot pepper. Slightly crispy as baked just until soft, with a light Apple acidity, a little spicy from the garlic and pepper. And very very flavorful! A great snack, can be used in salads (and pepper and oil), goes well with meat.
