Ingredients for Peach sorbet with lemon-mint Granita
- Peach - 6 PCs
- Sugar - 3/4 stack.
- Vanilla essence
- Mint - 3 vetos.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Strawberry - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Peach sorbet with lemon-mint Granita
Pour sugar in bottom of pan, spread peaches in a single layer cut up, as indicated in the photo.
Fill with water so that the water reached the middle of the peaches, add the vanilla and spread sprigs of mint, bring to a simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar.
When the sugar dissolves, the peaches turn, and hold for 5-10 minutes, then turn off the fire, take out the mint and the peaches, leave to cool.
Remove the cooled peaches with the peel - it should be easy to move almost by itself - and put in form, and pour the resulting syrup.
After this form is placed in the freezer for 45-60 minutes.
Take out of the freezer and decorate with strawberries!
