Ingredients for Millet porridge with smoked meat
- Millet - 1/2 stack.
- Butter - 3 tbsp.
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Cilantro - 1 Puig.
- Meat - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Millet porridge with smoked meat
While preparing millet sent to the pan 2 tbsp of butter. Fry for 5 minutes carrots, grated on a grater.
Then add to the carrot onion, roughly chopped, garlic, grated on a grater. Fry all until tender.
Chop cilantro (leaves, no twigs) and sent to the pan.
