Cold cereal is a life saver in the hot summer days. It turns out hearty, delicious, fresh and flavorful and served in an ice plate of frozen vegetables, herbs and lemon. Cook, enjoy and kladitis.

- Water - 2 stack.
- Buckwheat - 1 Cup.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking The porridge in the ice-cold plate
Prepare an ice plate. Take a deep plate.
Round slices of lemon, tomato, cucumber and lettuce.
Top cover with another plate and fasten with tape or band-aid. Fill in the gap water. Put in the freezer until fully cured.
In order to release the ice plate, dishes for two seconds drop in hot water and overturn.
Onions fry in vegetable oil.
Combine the buckwheat with the onion.
Add fresh cucumbers cut into strips. You can cook porridge in 2 ways by adding the cucumbers into the hot porridge and leave to cool, the cucumbers dried out. Or add cucumber to the cooled porridge with onions and the result is a different flavor, more fresh and fragrant.
Put the porridge in the ice plate.
