Ingredients for Pork ribs with cabbage and plum
- Pork ribs - 1.2 kg
- Cabbage - 1 forks
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Black pepper - to taste
- Peppers red hot chilli - to taste
- Allspice - 2 PCs
- Paprika sweet - 1 tbsp
- Cumin - 0.5 tsp.
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Cheese - 150 g
- Drain - 10 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Pork ribs with cabbage and plum
Pork ribs wash, dry and cut into pieces with bone. Throw black pepper and add soy sauce, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes.
During this time, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onions and carrots, with cabbage remove the upper leaves of pepper cut the stem and remove the seeds.
Cut the onion into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater, pepper, long slices, cabbage cut as well, but not subtly.
Fry the ribs in a dry pan with non-stick coating.
Add onion and carrots, continue to fry.
Then add cabbage, add the cumin, salt, black pepper and hot paprika and peas of fragrant pepper, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Form grease with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
On the bottom of the form put cabbage, sprinkle top with grated cheese. Then put pieces of meat between them spread sweet pepper.
From plums remove the bones.
