Step by step instruction of cooking Fish under marinade

Fish cut into pieces, dip them in flour and fry on both sides in sunflower oil.

Carrots cut into strips. Grind onion (I unexpectedly ended the onions so did without it).

Carrots and onions fry in sunflower oil.

Add tomato paste and stew 5-7 minutes.

Then add water or fish broth,1st. L. vinegar, add pepper and cloves and simmer 20 minutes.

5 minutes until cooked add salt (to taste), sugar and Bay leaf.

Pour the fish marinade and simmer on low heat, not stirring, 20-25 minutes.
