Ingredients for Beet sauce
- Beets - 2 kg
- Tomato - 2 kg
- Pepper - 1 kg
- Garlic - 300 g
- Chili - 300 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Sunflower oil - 1/2 stack.
- Salt - to taste
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Beet sauce
All the ingredients, wash them well, dry.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat. Cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Add oil, vinegar, soy sauce and cook for another 20 minutes. The soy sauce I took TM Cccamp.
Spread out in hot sterilized jars and roll up.
