Sift the flour, mix with baking powder and salt, soft butter cut into pieces, chop with the flour, add the cheese. Knead the dough, roll into a ball and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Chilled dough cut into 12 parts, each part roll into a rectangle about 12x20 or 10х24 (as it will). On one half of the rectangle put a spoonful of cream or pudding, a fruit, to close the second half.
