Very tender and flavorful seasonal pie. It can not only bake with plums, but peaches, berries. Lovely to look at and great tasting.

Sift both kinds of flour and mix them with the baking powder, vanilla and salt.

Add the chopped flakes of butter.

Lightly whisk the yogurt with the sugar and egg.

Add kefir mixture to flour and stir, not trying to achieve complete homogeneity of the small pieces of butter should be visible.

Bake at 170 degrees for 45-50 minutes, watch your oven. I baked for about an hour, because I put in a cold oven (tested the new glass form). The finished cake is covered with these stains: the dough in some places rises.
