For this dish I used a steamer Zepter.
Fish fillets wash, dry and cut into pieces.
With canned chickpeas, drain the liquid. You can use boiled chickpeas, by the way, it is convenient to cook once in a large quantity and freeze for future use, in the future it will save you a lot of time.
Grind fillets and chickpeas in a blender.
Optionally, you can season the meat with pepper.
Stir in the minced sliced green onions.
Molded cakes, put them in the steamer.
In the Zepter pot I cooked the potatoes for the salad: put chopped large dice the potatoes and added to it 2 tbsp water.
