This year we are pleased with the unprecedented amount of mushrooms. My parents preserved mushrooms solely on prescription, which I want to share. In addition to white mushrooms come, the mushrooms and Polish mushrooms.
Ingredients for Canned white mushrooms

- Water - 3 stack.
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Salt - 3 tsp.

Step by step instruction of cooking Canned white mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms, slice them, boil 7 minutes, discard in a colander and rinse with cold water.
