- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- The mixture of peppers - 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Curd - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Diet pate seafood
Seafood (I mainly mussels, a little shrimp, some squid) cover with water, add the Laurel and the peppers, onion wedges and carrots, cut into thin rounds;
Cooking from the moment of boiling for 10 minutes, remove foam;
With a slotted spoon to put the seafood with the rest, except for Laurel in the chopper, drain excess water, cool;
Add the oil, cheese, soy sauce and a good grind until smooth;
Put in clean jars and put into the fridge to set, for 2-3 hours;
Serve as an appetizer on bread!
