- Millet - 180 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp.

- Water - 500 ml
- Lemon - 1 piece

- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 70 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Millet porridge with lemon curd
Millet rinse well to clear water.
Of course, you can just cook porridge, but we have the same mess out of a fairy tale. Take the pot put it the millet, pour hot water, add sugar and vanilla essence. Mix and place in a preheated 160 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Then, remove cereal from oven, add hot milk, cover and let stand for a bit.
While preparing the porridge, prepare the lemon Kurd: on a small grater, grate lemon zest and squeeze the juice.
Mix egg, sugar, zest and lemon juice, add butter and put in a water bath.
Cook in a water bath, constantly stirring with a whisk until thick. Remove from heat and let cool.
Serve porridge with lemon curd and fresh berries.
