This recipe I will surprise nobody, just I was interested to cook the peppers in Zepter. I usually add to the minced rice, and sauce can be made with lots of sour cream and tomato, it turns out very tasty, but calorie. Here I decided to make the taste lighter, not too while changing it, and the result pleased me.
Ingredients for Stuffed peppers
- Pepper - 6 PCs
- Cabbage - 150 g
- Minced meat - 100 g
- Chicken fillet - 100 g
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Seasoning - to taste
- Water - 100 ml

Step by step instruction of cooking Stuffed peppers
For this dish I used the pot Zepter.
Cabbage cut into small pieces, then grind in a blender.
In a bowl fold the minced meat, shredded chicken and cabbage.
Wash peppers, cut off tops, remove seeds and partitions.
Fill the peppers with this mixture.
Stuffed pepper put in a saucepan Zepter.
To prepare the sauce: tomatoes cut in half and grate on a coarse grater (discard the skins), add a spoonful of tomato paste, a couple tablespoons of sour cream, seasonings and stir well.
Pour the pepper sauce. It will not cover them completely, but it does not need the liquid for cooking in Zepter cookware is more than enough.
Close the saucepan with a lid, place in cold oven, turn on medium heat.
