Cabbage soup with rice

This healthy soup can be made more diet, just simply removing him from the rice. Its taste it reminds me of many famous Bonn soup, very popular in its time.
Ingredients for Cabbage soup with rice
- Kohlrabi - 1/2 PCs
- Cabbage - 1/2 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Figure - 1/3 Stak.
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Water - 300 ml
- Khmeli-suneli - 3/4 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cabbage soup with rice
For this dish I used the pot Zepter.
Kohlrabi wash, peel and cut into small cubes.
Carrots wash, peel and cut into small cubes.
Cabbage to chop.
Fold the vegetables in a cold Zepter pot and add the rice.
Pour into a saucepan 300 ml of water, to stir the contents.
Put the pan on the cold stove, cover the pot, turn on medium heat.
When the arrow of the controller reaches the green fields, switch heat to minimal and cook for 15 minutes.

Pour the ready soup with hot boiled water, bringing it to the desired consistency, then heat over medium heat until boiling, but do not boil.
