- Pumpkin - 350 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Leavening agent - 1 package.
- Yogurt - 500 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Apple - 1 piece
- Pear - 1 piece
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Nutmeg - 1 depot.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Pumpkin pancakes with Apple and pear
Pumpkin (500 g) wash, peel, cut into cubes, pour 150 ml of water and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
I usually bake the pumpkin, and I always have in the fridge ready pumpkin puree, which I use.
This time it was not, to speed up the process I cooked (baked, although I like more).

In a bowl whisk eggs with salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Add the yogurt, stir, leave for 5 minutes. Add kefir mixture to the pumpkin mix.
Gradually add the flour and mix thoroughly, the dough for pancakes. Add optional cinnamon and nutmeg.
Clean Apple and pear.
The next morning, or after 20 minutes fry pancakes on a hot griddle on both sides until cooked. Oil I poured a bit of the first portion.
Serve with your favourite jam, jam or sour cream.
