Very tasty and hearty dinner for a cool autumn day. Buckwheat noodles with beef sauce and seasonal vegetables.
Ingredients for Buckwheat noodles with meat sauce
- Noodles - 300 g
- Beef - 500 g
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Ginger - 2 tsp.
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1/2 PCs
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Buckwheat noodles with meat sauce
Beef cut into thin strips. Marinate in sauce Kikkoman sushi bars.
Add coarsely chopped garlic and ginger. Leave for 30 minutes.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry onions until transparent.
Pull out the meat from the marinade and add to the pan with the onions. To extinguish on slow fire about 30 minutes (or until soft).
Bell peppers and celery cut into strips. Send in the pan to the meat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Boil buckwheat noodles until done, as it is written on the package.
For meat sauce add finely chopped tomato and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Noodles put in sauce pan and mix with meat. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and herbs.
