Fruit dessert that is served hot. For a basis I took French orange graten, adding to the recipe notes of soy sauce and slices of papaya (melon). Here, soy sauce is well blended into the sweet fruit and creamy tones. Colorful dessert will brighten gloomy autumn days.
Ingredients for Fruit graten
- Orange - 1 piece
- Melon - 1 lomt.
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Cream - 2 tbsp
- Yolk egg - 2 PCs
- Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 depot.
- Lime - 1/2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Fruit graten
Cooking time does not include preparation of fruit. Orange clean, divided into slices. Each slice clear from the partition film and the bones, trying to save the form and collecting the extracted juice. Slice of melon (I have papaya) peel and seeds, cut into suitable size pieces. Sprinkle the fruit with lime juice (lemon). Mix 1st. L. honey with soy sauce and pour over the fruit. To leave aside.
1 tbsp. of honey to mix with the collected orange juice (2 tbsp). Egg yolks whipped with sugar powder. In a small saucepan (preferably nonstick) heat the cream with the honey and orange juice. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon or vanilla sugar to taste.
When the cream boils, immediately reduce heat to the lowest setting, enter whipped with sugar yolks. Cook, constantly stirring with a wooden spatula and not allowing to boil, 5 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven.
The fruit spread in greased with butter form. The size of my form, 13.5 cm Even better to take small individual molds.
Pour the hot sauce and bake under the grill in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 3-5 minutes, until Golden brown. To serve the dessert immediately, piping hot.
