To connect the meat of different animals in one dish – business as usual. The effect is always positive. In this case I mixed not only pork, beef and lamb, but added to it with a chicken. It is, of course, for well-known saying, not a bird, but also contributed to it. Cooking requires considerable time, but part of chef here at the very beginning, the rest will do the oven and the cauldron. One tip: to achieve a more convincing effect the cauldron lid to cover the circumference of the dough. The spices I call those that I had, but you can use any on your own taste.

Fat finely chopped.
With lamb shoulder blade cut flesh so a little left on the bone. The pulp is useful for other dishes. Blade disassemble the joints.
Beef and pork cut into arbitrary chunks, not too finely.
Chicken cut into small pieces.
