Autumn is mushroom season! My family loves the mushroom dishes, especially cooked for this recipe. This is one of the favorite and delicious dishes, which is like my daughters! Fragrant, crispy medallions are never left on the table – leaving "cheers" in 10 minutes! Good both hot or cold!

Went to my husband once in the forest and brought mushrooms - 2 buckets of honey and a bucket of oyster mushrooms. Growing oyster mushrooms is so pretty, on the old fallen tree. Here they are.
