This duck I first did on his birthday on 31 August 2009, coming up with something original, than could surprise relatives. This marinade we often used in the summer, pickling poultry (mainly Turkey) for further cooking on the nature. In the pan I decided to add your favorite walnut and prunes, and that this is best combined? Of course rice. After reading many recipes on the Internet on cooking duck, I found the cherry sauce. And so it turned out this recipe. The duck came out gorgeous, melting in the mouth. I hope You'll appreciate this recipe. It will be difficult, but everything is prepared very easily!
