The cake is a simple cake for the occasion! My daughter Katyusha's Birthday today. It's a tradition that every year I bake a cake about it - all the flavors and combinations - it's all about her. This year it is elegant and very lightweight, velvety dark chocolate, sour kiwi and sweet peach, with airy meringue and a tender, butter-based cake. And all this about her! Step by step instruction of cooking Cake "Britta"

Put the dough and flatten.
I got a 39 cm by 30 cm.

Bake for 20 minutes - it took me 30 minutes at 175 - be guided by your oven!

Whip the cream, adding the powdered sugar.

Enter cream in chocolate chips and mix gently.

Spread cream on one of the baked layer and spread it

Peaches, drain and cut into pieces a little more.
