Ingredients for Chicken pot pie
- Chicken fillet - 2 PCs
- Zucchini - 2 PCs
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Curd - 250 g
- Cream - 100 ml
- Cheese - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Flour - 2.5 tablespoon
- Black pepper
- Thyme - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken pot pie
Chicken fillet boiled, salted and pepper.
Onion cut into half rings, garlic chop, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Coarsely chop 1, 5 zucchini, add to the onions and garlic and simmer for 5 -10 minutes.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, mix with cottage cheese, add chopped chicken pieces along with half of cheese, 2 tbsp flour, zucchini with onions and garlic, 100 ml of cream.
Add salt and mix well.
Detachable form for baking grease oil, sprinkle flour.
Spread the batter into the pan, add pepper and sprinkle with thyme.
The remaining half zucchini cut into slices, put on top of the dough.
Bake pie 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated 180 °C oven, then sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for about 10 minutes.
