Ingredients for Basena
- Meat - 500 g
- Beans - 1 Cup.
- Pickled cucumber - 4 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper

Step by step instruction of cooking Basena
Before cooking, soak beans for 4-5 hours, and boil until soft.
Meat we shall cut cubes, see 1/1 Fry for 5-7 min.
To the meat add chopped onion and fry until Golden brown (another 7-10 minutes).
Chop small cubes of pickled cucumbers.
Put in a pot made of ceramics or any other heat-resistant Mat-La, all the ingredients. Add Rast. oil, salt, pepper. Will dolem water to cover all ingredients. Put into the oven at 180 gr. pot "Bazena" for 50-55 min. Readiness courses check the softness of cucumbers.
