For me this is a good recipe for stewed eggplant! Favorite sauce "Kikkoman" a mustard seed... so nice to click on the teeth... the smell of Bay leaves! Ah! Try it! Recommend!
Ingredients for Eggplant with mustard seeds
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Chili - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Bay leaf - 3 PCs
- Brown sugar - 2 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Eggplant with mustard seeds

Eggplant wash and dry.
Cut into medium pieces and cover with lemon juice to black

Peel the onion and cut into half rings
Sunflower oil to heat and fry onion until glass color
Add a tablespoon of mustard seeds and extinguish 3 minutes.

Spread the eggplant ( with juice), finely sliced garlic and chilli.
Chopped tomatoes, Bay leaves, sugar.
Mix well. Fry for a minute.
Reduce the heat, cover with a lid.
Simmer until tender eggplant.

Add our favorite soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Bring to a boil.
Can be served!
