Firewood Tartar "Savior"

I haven't baked firewood. But before, if you remember, a rare occasion without a big plate with a mound of crispy weightless "hvorostenko", generously dusted with powdered sugar, often homemade. Today I want to show you the twigs forming a spiral as it is prepared in the Tatar kitchen. A recipe for the sticks I have from school, very simple, just three ingredients. Firewood tender, crispy and tasty.
Ingredients for Firewood Tartar "Savior"
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vodka - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 l
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 stack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Firewood Tartar "Savior"

In the sifted flour, add pinch of salt, beat the egg and pour the vodka.

Knead a tight dough. Flour may take a little longer, depending on the size of the eggs.

The dough is thick, like dumplings, it must be well promyat and put into the package for half an hour.

Then roll it out into a thin layer and roll into a tight rulik.

Rulik to coil, crush again and remove the package in half an hour, covering them with heated bowl. This technique will give the dough additional layering.

Seasoned roll the dough very thin, until translucent and even thinner.

Roll for the dough or just cut strips with a thickness of five centimeters. Free to roll them into spirals. To hold the workpiece under a slightly damp towel or wrap, as the dough dries quickly.

Heat the oil in a suitable roasting deep-fried dishes. The edges of the spiral to puncture a thin wooden skewer and dipped in boiling oil.
