Very tasty and fragrant bread, with roasted sesame seeds and spices. The recipe for this bread is one of the favorite in my family!
Ingredients for Bread "Bekovsky"
- Flour - 700 g
- Water - 350 ml
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- The kvass wort - 5 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Yeast - 2 tsp.
- Sesame - 3 tbsp.
- Khmeli-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Bread "Bekovsky"
In warm boiled water to dilute soy sauce (Kikkoman light),
kvass wort, sugar and salt.
If you take the soy sauce with the highest salt content, the salt in the dough can not put.
Sift flour, mix with the dry yeast, pour in liquid mixture, add the vegetable oil and knead the dough.
If the dough you will make in the bread maker, follow the instruction on the order of bookmarks products.
The dough I kneaded bread, but I baked bread in the oven.
Put the dough to rise in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours.
Fry the sesame seeds until light Golden brown in the pan.
Fire off and pour the hot sesame Khmeli-suneli and mix. Cool.
As the dough rises, add the sesame seeds and spices, mix well and at the same time to press down.
