Don't even remember where I got this recipe. Flipping through my cooking notebook and FOUND!!! I regret that they had never baked this pie. My family loved it. Try it and you!
Ingredients for Orange-pear pie
- Butter - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Pear - 1 piece
- Orange - 2 PCs
- Powdered sugar - 0,5 stack.
- Vanilla - 1 package.
Step by step instruction of cooking Orange-pear pie

Separate the whites from the yolks. RUB the yolks with sugar.

Then connect the yolk-sugar mixture with the softened butter. All mix well. Allow to rest for a few minutes. Then add salt, vanilla baking powder and flour.

Knead a soft dough and put it in the fridge.

Pear and oranges peeled and cut into thin slices

Form with detachable sides grease with butter and with your hands spread the dough, forming the sides. In the test, do punctures with a fork. Put in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes, until the cake is cooked.
