One of the best, in my opinion, soup recipes with pickles. Great taste combination of stomachs, sour cream and cucumbers.
Ingredients for Pickle broth of chicken gizzards
- Broth - 2 l
- Chicken stomachs - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Pickled cucumber - 4 PCs
- Brine - 0.5 stack.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Cream - 80 ml
- Allspice - 4 PCs
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Green onions - 4 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
