Fans of the Mak offer to try the dessert of Tatar cuisine - roll with poppy seeds from unleavened dough. And to sweeten it even more, I decorated a substitute of whipped cream from Haas.

- Flour - 250 g

- Milk - 100 ml

- Cream - 1 cat.
- Butter - 50 g

Prepare all the ingredients
Egg, 50 g sugar, salt, milk stir to dissolve the sugar and salt
Add the flour, vegetable oil, baking powder. Knead the dough. It is quite tight, as for dumplings.
Cover the dough with film and leave in a cool place for 30 min.
At this time pour poppy boiling water (about 400 ml), bring to a boil, boil for 10 minutes. Drain through a sieve, cool to room temperature.
