If you still have the loin-bone scraps from smoked fish (I have salmon), tasty version of their application will be fragrant soup for the whole family! Cooking is not hard and fast, I use the slow cooker, and the taste and aroma will impress your household!
Ingredients for Soup with smoked salmon
- Water - 3 years
- Salmon - 300 g
- Potatoes - 4 PCs
- Millet - 2 pack.
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1/4 PCs
- Leek - 200 g
- Allspice - 4 PCs
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp.
- Paprika sweet - 1 tsp.
- Tomato - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup with smoked salmon
