Cheesecakes with cranberry-strawberry sauce

Already lost all hope to teach children to the cream cheese. Milk, yogurt, cheese they love, and here is a simple crumbly cheese-no. Had a long dream before I found a recipe for cheesecake that ate my little foodies.
Ingredients for Cheesecakes with cranberry-strawberry sauce
- Curd - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 1-2 PCs
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Cranberry - 2-3 tbsp
- Strawberry - 2-3 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheesecakes with cranberry-strawberry sauce

Mix cottage cheese with egg. If the curd is too dry, add another egg.

Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and flour. Mix thoroughly. The dough should fall from the spoon. If the dough is watery, add more flour.

While the cakes bake, make the sauce. In a small saucepan, pour the cranberries and strawberries (I have strawberry mashed with sugar)

Add the sugar. If you want the sauce to be sweeter, increase the amount of sugar. A little water (2-3 tbsp).
Put the saucepan on a small fire and cook for 2-3 minutes.
